Le lancement du satellite FUSE en 1999 a permis dexplorer le domaine de lultraviolet lointain 900-1200 \u00c5 avec une grande r\u00e9solution spectrale. Jai donc utilis\u00e9 les spectres du satellite FUSE de 228 \u00e9toiles chaudes de type O et B, de 24 galaxies \u00e0 sursauts de formation d\u00e9toiles et de quatre galaxies Seyfert. Dans un premier temps, jai caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 le comportement des profils de raies stellaires en fonction du type spectral, de la classe de luminosit\u00e9 et de la m\u00e9tallicit\u00e9 des \u00e9toiles. Les raies O vi 1031.9, 1037.6, S iv 1062.7, 1073.0, 1073.5, P v1118.0, 1128.0 et C iii 1175.6 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant des indicateurs stellaires potentiellement int\u00e9ressants pour la synth\u00e8se spectrale. Le domaine de longueur donde inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1000 \u00c5 couvert par FUSEmontre aussi des signatures stellaires mais qui sont peu int\u00e9ressantes pour la synth\u00e8se en raison de la contamination interstellaire. Jai ensuite cr\u00e9\u00e9\u00e9; une biblioth\u00e8que de spectres FUSE qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au code de synth\u00e8se LavalSBafin de produire des spectres de synth\u00e8se dans lultraviolet lointain pour diverses populations stellaires th\u00e9oriques. Il sest av\u00e9r\u00e9 que les raies de P vet de C iii sont dexcellents indicateurs d\u00e2ge, de m\u00e9tallicit\u00e9 et de fonction de masse initiale de la population stellaire, tandis que les raies de O vi et de S ivne sont pas aussi efficaces. La comparaison des spectres FUSEde galaxies avec les spectres synth\u00e9tiques a r\u00e9v\u00e8l\u00e9 des \u00e2ges entre 2.5 et 18 millions dann\u00e9es pour un large \u00e9ventail de m\u00e9tallicit\u00e9s. On trouve aussi une forte dominance du mode instantan\u00e9 de formation stellaire. Ce travail a aussi permis destimer quantitativement lextinction interne et les masses Kieliszek, Marek; B\u0142a\u017cejak, Stanis\u0142aw; Kurek, Eliza La neuromy\u00e9lite optique de Devic est une pathologie inflammatoire d\u00e9my\u00e9linisante du syst\u00e8me nerveux central qui affecte \u00e9lectivement la moelle spinale, le nerf optique et les r\u00e9gions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales \u00e0 haute expression dantig\u00e8nes aquaporine 4. Dautres traitements peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s notamment le rituximab, certains immunosuppresseurs, les immunoglobulines. Le traitement par immunosuppresseurs ou rituximab est propos\u00e9 lorsque la corticoth\u00e9rapie au long cours est contre-indiqu\u00e9e ou en cas dinefficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 celle-ci ou encore lorsque les effets secondaires sont intol\u00e9rables. Les immunoglobulines sont administr\u00e9es en cas de pouss\u00e9es s\u00e9v\u00e8res de la neuromy\u00e9lite optique qui ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux bolus de methylprednisolone. Les immunoglobulines peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre poursuivies seules \u00e0 la dose 0,4gkgj toutes les 6 \u00e0 8 semaines jusqu\u00e0 laccouchement. LIMC moyen \u00e9tait de 28,1 ; 4,6 kgm2. La dyslipid\u00e9mie \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente chez 59,6 de nos patients avec essentiellement une hypoHDL\u00e9mie 75,9. In addition, we estimated the proximate nutritional content of the leaves identified in red panda diet for both seasons, and we used nutritional geometry to explore macronutrient balance of leaves from the two different sampling periods. We identified six different plants in winter scats, which were the same as found in the previously determined early-summer diet. Arundinaria spp. Bamboos were the main species found 82.1 relative frequency, followed by Acer spp 6.3, Betula utilis 4.6, Quercus semicarpifolia 3.7, Berberis spp 1.3, and lichens 1.0, leaving 2.0 unidentified. Geometric analysis suggested that the macronutrient balance of seasonal diets were similar in nutrient balance to the most frequently consumed Arundinaria spp. Differences in macronutrient balance may indicate seasonal nutrient preferences, such as increased carbohydrate intake in winter for thermogenesis, and increased protein and lipid intake in early summer to support reproduction and lactation; however, these differences may also indicate differences in resource availability. This work aimed to detect the antifungal synergism between statins and azoles by means of an agar-well diffusion bioassay with Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 32051 and Candida utilis Pr1-2 as test strains. Synergistic antifungal effects were tested by simultaneously adding a sub inhibitory concentration SIC of statin atorvastatin, lovastatin, pravastatin, rosuvastatin or simvastatin plus a minimal inhibitory concentration MIC of azole clotrimazole, fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole or miconazole to yeast-embedded YNB agar plates, and a positive result corresponded to a yeast growth inhibition halo higher than that produced by the MIC of the azole alone. Yeast cell ergosterol quantification by RP-HPLC was used to confirm statin-azole synergism, and ergosterol rescue bioassays were performed for evaluating statin-induced ergosterol synthesis blockage. Growth inhibition was significantly increased when clotrimazole, fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole and miconazole were combined with atorvastatin, lovastatin, rosuvastatin and simvastatin. Highest growth inhibition increments were observed on S. Cerevisiae 77.5 and C. Utilis 43.2 with a SIC of simvastatin plus a MIC of miconazole, i.e. 4 2.4 \u03bcgml or 20 4.8 \u03bcgml, respectively.
